Shipping methods

► WITH COURIER

All orders placed daily are processed within 1-3 working days and our company makes every effort to deliver courier companies from our headquarters as soon as possible. Valid if all the products of your order are available in the same warehouse and unless there are other reasons of force majeure eg extreme weather, curfew, strikes, pandemics and more.

After sending your order you will receive an e-mail confirming the completion and sending of the order, which contains the voucher number with which your order was executed.

If your order has been delivered to ACS Courier, you can check the progress of your order on the ACS website here, by entering the shipping number or by phone with ACS at +30 210 81 90 000 and 801 500 1111 (from landline).

Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times of orders are 1-3 working days for all of Greece (working days Monday to Friday).
The current difficulties of free movement and overloading of transport companies due to the COVID-19 pandemic, may cause delays in shipments and deliveries of online orders 2 to 4 additional days from the above estimated delivery times.

Delivery times are indicative only and Lemonidis Music Store is not responsible for any delays in deliveries that are not due to fault or constitute events of force majeure, e.g. extreme weather events, curfews, strikes, pandemics and more.

All the classical - electric - stage pianos, as well as all the electronic - acoustic Drums are excluded from the 'Shipping by Courier' option.

Shipping costs:
• If you choose shipping by Courier you will be charged with shipping costs of € 3.00
• If you choose collection from a store there is no charge.

* If your area is considered inaccessible based on the ACS catalog you should pick up at the nearest ACS store or incur ACS costs that may be incurred to carry your order to your place.

In case of cash on delivery option, the charge is € 2.00. (Valid for purchases up to € 499.99)

► WITH TRANSPORT AGENCY
Your order will be sent with the transport agencies that cooperate with the LEMONIDIS Music Store.

Upon sending your order, you will receive an email with the contact details of the transport agency used for your order.

► COLLECTION FROM THE STORE
You can pick up your order from our physical store. When you choose the specific method of receipt, you will be informed by phone at the contact number you entered in the order or electronically (e-mail) from the order processing department of the e-commerce department in order to receive your order. Estimated collection time from store varies from 1 to 5 working days.
